    Hi!! So I'm trying to eat cleaner and lose weight, but I can't seem to find a healthy, low-calories and quick breakfast. I tried many many things, like eggs and a slice of bread, avocado, museli,… But my mum, who is a nutritionist says that more than 2 or 3 avocados a week isn't good, and the same goes for eggs. and I also dislike museli. SO now I'm eating organic cereals with chocolate chip (obssessed with chocolate) with soy milk yoghurt. But I now it's like 300 cal, if not more… So, any advices?

    It's easy for you to eat like this, because you don't eat like our mediterranean food, I tried to eat like your (healthy recipes), and I didn't understand why you find a banana pancake or oatmeals with milk an awesome breakfast. I am sure will not substitute our delicious "mankoushet za'atar" or a plate of fatteh( a combination of chickpeas, yogurt, tiny meat balls and fried bread) or msabaha( also made from chickpeas), for a banana pancake!!! This is just for breakfast, so what about our delicious lunch recipes! I think that our food is healthy, because it is all made at home and without processed ingredients, and I will not substitute it for anything.
