    These quinoa + veg bowl did not look very appealing to me and the way of preparing it could be improved by quite a lot so you don't end up with that mushy vegs. Courgette and eggplant should not be that soggy imo and after all you are decreasing the amount of nutrients. Fresh herbs (at the end) would also lift that whole dish into another dimension as well as seasoning the quinoa or cooking it with veg broth instead of water (if you like). It could also be interesting be adding some toasted fennel seeds for instance so you have much more flavour.

    Same goes for the veggie bowl – even with the avocado sauce this whole dish is very plain to me, which is of course a matter of preference but by adding soba noodles you could have a gone into a more japanese or thai style without losing the 'detox'-effect you desire but having much more flavour. Maybe chop in some fresh coriander and add a splash of lime juice or rice whine vinegar and some shredded nori.

    Par-contre je me demandes si le green smoothie n'est pas trop amer ? J'aimerais m'y mettre mais j'ai tendance a aimer les smoothie très crémeux et sucrée !
